This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out how Flask Supply LLC (“Flask Supply”) products and website may and may not be used. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and works alongside our RUO Disclaimer. Violating this AUP may result in order refusal, account termination, and reporting to authorities where required.

1. Permitted use

Products may be used only for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified persons and organizations with the appropriate training and facilities.

2. Prohibited uses

  • Any human or animal use, consumption, ingestion, injection, or administration.
  • Use in or as food, drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.
  • Reselling, repackaging, or distributing products for human or animal use, or marketing them as safe or approved for such use.
  • Any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, or import/export controls.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or intended use to place an order.
  • Using the website to transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape without permission, or disrupt operations.

3. Buyer representations

By ordering, you represent that you are a qualified buyer, that you will use products solely for permitted research, and that you will comply with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and the RUO Disclaimer.

4. Enforcement

We may refuse or cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other action we deem appropriate to enforce this AUP, including cooperating with law enforcement.
