Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains returns, replacements, and refunds for orders placed with Flask Supply LLC (“Flask Supply”). Because our products are sensitive research materials, returns are limited for safety and integrity reasons.
1. All sales are generally final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the need to guarantee product integrity, opened or used products cannot be returned, and most sales are final. The exceptions below apply. [Confirm your final returns stance and any exceptions.]
2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [confirm window, e.g., 7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-returnable items
For safety and integrity, the following cannot be returned: opened vials or packaging, items not in original condition, and any product that has left a controlled storage environment, except where required by law.
4. How to request a return or refund
Email admin@flasksupply.com with your order number and details. Do not ship anything back until we provide return authorization and instructions.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [confirm processing time, e.g., 5–10 business days] after we receive and inspect the return or verify the claim. Original shipping charges are [refundable / non-refundable — confirm]. A restocking fee of [confirm % or “none”] may apply.
6. Order cancellations

7. Lost or stolen packages
